Shing Technologies Inc. is privately owned and includes businesses in Pakistan, Taiwan, Dubai and Singapore. In Pakistan, its head office is located in Karachi while branch offices are in Lahore and Islamabad. There is a separate warehousing facility in each of the major three cities to accommodate the stocking requirements. STI started business in 1990.

It has since grown into a very strong and affluent multinational business company. STI is the sole distributor for ASUS and have strong distribution alliances with Intel, ACER, View Sonic and Seagate. STI employs a value added distribution model rather than performing as a fulfillment centre. STI's main focus and objective has always been on generating incremental and distributor lead revenue while making sure that business partner's interest remains intact by contributing towards improving their bottom line.
